You keep ownership of everything you send through Wiresify. We process it only to deliver it and to show you the attempt log. Either side may terminate with 30 days notice; on termination we delete your payload data within 14 days. We do not guarantee delivery to endpoints we cannot reach, and our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
We collect the account details you give us, delivery metadata, and payload bodies for the length of your retention window. We do not sell data, we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and the only cookie we set is the session cookie on the dashboard. Data subject requests go to privacy@getwiresify.com and are answered within 30 days.
For GDPR purposes you are the controller and Wiresify is the processor. Our DPA includes the current EU standard contractual clauses, our sub-processor list, and a commitment to notify you of any new sub-processor 30 days before it goes live. Ask and we will send the countersigned copy.
No unsolicited bulk messaging, no using deliveries to probe or attack third-party infrastructure, and no traffic you do not have the right to send. We will suspend an account for these and tell you why.
